Hatfield Peverel is a village on the outskirts of Chelmsford, in the affluent commuter belt area for London. T. Gunning Ltd. are proud to have been awarded the contract to reconfigure a high street convenience store into offices. Following complete strip out, demolition of internal fixtures, fittings and redundant internal walls, we reconfigured the two-storey building into offices together with new kitchen and cloakroom/toilets.

Works included installation of: new kitchen, WC’s, uPVC double glazed windows and security doors, internal doors and stud walls, double glazed walls and doors to form meeting rooms, new boiler, air-conditioning, new flooring, tiling, decoration and all associated electrical and plumbing works.

The existing drainage system was CCTV surveyed and repaired/replaced where necessary.
• Installation of reclaimed brickwork feature wall.

External metal staircase was refurbished and outside paving relaid / replaced where necessary.

New aluminium windows and doors to the front of the property; these works were not on the original specification.

Works were expected to take 12 weeks, we completed all works in 10 weeks including this additional work.
