We are proud of our success in being awarded Chartered Building Company status by the Chartered Institute of Building. The Chartered Building Company Scheme was created by the CIOB to uphold professional standards of operation and conduct among member companies in the building industry.

Our annual accreditation with SafeContractor demonstrates our commitment to detailed health and safety procedures, equal opportunities, diversity and environmental management practices, along with SSIP and PAS 91 compliance. We support their ambition of ‘Target Zero’ – having zero accidents, injuries, and lost working days on-site.

We recognise that our people are our most valuable commodity and central to our success. We share IIP’s goals to Make Work Better, by benchmarking our people management and measuring how well we are doing at leading and supporting them.

Constructionline is the UK’s register of pre-qualified local and national construction and construction-related suppliers. We are proud to have achieved Gold level accreditation, and we also use Constructionline as a buyer to manage and pre-qualify our supply chain. It is used as part of the pre-qualification and tendering process by many Property Managers, Chartered Surveyors and Higher Education institutions, and is also recommended by the OGC to local authorities and government bodies.

Our ISO 14001 accreditation acknowledges the industry recognised standards of a company running its operation in the best possible environmentally friendly way. All of our supply chain, material purchases and waste products are continually controlled and audited to ensure they meet the requirements of our accreditation at all times.

We have achieved ISO9001:2000, the internationally recognised standard for business management, which ensures that our business is operating to the same exacting standards to meet all of our customer requirements.

The SSIP Core criteria is the common standard for all health and safety assessments completed by CHAS, SafeContractor, and other Member Schemes.

We’re a registered specialist contractor for Repair Care International formerly Window Care Systems, which is a complete, prior to paint repair system for decaying timber windows, doors and decorative mouldings.

We’re accredited under the Contractor Health and Safety Scheme, run by The Association of London Government Health and Safety Forum. The purpose of CHAS is to help both buyers and suppliers in the assessment of health and safety competence.
