Key Details

Works comprised full external redecoration to all parts of this landmark building: structural frame, timber cladding, render and metalwork.

Most of the work was carried out via rope access, which had the benefit of saving the client money over the cost of scaffolding. It also saved the disruption, inconvenience and security issues surrounding the erection and dismantling of scaffolding.

The building was occupied and in constant use meaning that the programme of work and communication with residents was high on our list of priorities.

On site (non-working) management team enabled the liaison process to be run exceptionally smoothly with daily notice boards advising residents and visitors alike of the progress and location of the works and the care to be taken whilst we were on site.
