The property is a converted riverside wharf building, sited directly on the south bank of the river Thames. The building dates from 1830 and is Grade II Listed. Work carried out included brickwork repairs, repointing, window repairs, roofing and full external redecoration. Also included was the redecoration of the internal common parts and staircase.

Liaison with the Port of London Authority to erect the scaffolding on the Thames river bed at low tide, with a fully sequencing safe methodology and permit to work system in place.

Use of salt resistant paints and materials to elongate future maintenance life cycles.

Sequenced working and sectional programme detailing due to the site locality constraints: to the front, the pedestrianised area of Clink St; to the rear, the tide times of the river Thames.

Colours chosen to reflect the original heritage of the building and comply with listed status.

Assessment of the environmental impact of our work i.e. preparation of
substrate, to prevent air borne pollution in a riverside location.
