Full external and internal refurbishment of 2 large Grade II listed tudor style blocks on the busy thoroughfare of the Finchley Road in North London. The works included full external redecoration, including full access scaffolding, roofing, carpentry, structural balcony repairs, brickwork and mastic works being carried out on a programme that also contained the full Internal redecoration of the communal areas.
On-site (non-working) management team enabled the liaison process to be run exceptionally smoothly with daily notice boards advising residents and visitors alike of the progress and location of the works and the care to be taken whilst we were on site.
Sympathetic repair preserving the fabric and nature of the Grade II listed building as it was first built.
Tight budget control and weekly cost analysis reports updated the client and ensured the project was delivered on time, budget and programme.
Thorough pre-contract planning ensured potential problem areas were identified at the earliest possible time and programmed accordingly.
