Due to defects left by previous contractors during the build of this project, T Gunning were asked to carry out external refurbishment works to this private detached residence, to rectify the issues. The house is set on sloping ground over two levels. Works included scaffolding, roofing repairs, rendering, new VELFAC windows, replacement of soffits and fascias, new patio paving and redecorations. It also required investigation and improvements to the underground drainage system.

A methodical system of working from site set up, scaffold erection, repair surveys through to completion was utilised.

A dedicated site management and team meant any issues that arose were dealt with swiftly.

Strict management of sub-contract packages by our on site management team ensured a high quality of finish.
