The works carried out at LESOCO College including the complete external repair and redecoration of the Grade II listed Lea House and The Tressillian Building, both situated on the Lewisham Campus, on Lewisham Way, London SE4. The works included roof, metal and timber window repairs and renewals, detailed lead work, DOFF Cleaning of the external masonry, brickwork and the complete external redecoration.

Full access provision by utilising independent scaffold, cherry pickers, scissors lifts and ladders demonstrated to the client our attention to their need to have areas free of access equipment at differing times to coincide with heavy trafficked routes during term time.

Working closely with the in house facilities department at LESOCO to ensure all noisy and disruptive works were carried out at weekends and evenings as to not disrupt the college timetable.

Quick response times for labour, materials etc by utilizing local suppliers wherever possible.

Short term programming, highlighted key areas of concern at the precontract planning stage, and ensuring any revisions were programmed in as best possible.
