Full external repair and redecoration of the external and communal areas of 25 units, all multi tenanted, occupied and in a poor state of repair. Individual property specifications included roof renewal, asphalt works, architectural metalwork, window renewals and repairs, masonry repairs, flooring and redecoration.
Overall and individual property programming to ensure continuity of trade work and sequencing on site. This delivered a strong, progressive programme completing the works on time, on budget and to specification.
Site Manager and RLO identified individual resident’s special requirements.
Weekend and ‘Out of Hours’ appointments offered to residents to ensure minimal disruption to them.
Works carried out in a sympathetic manner to reflect the age and character of the properties.
