T Gunning Ltd were proud to be appointed as main contractor for the external repairs and redecoration of Fairfield Hall, a Grade II listed former hospital building located in Central Bedfordshire. A local landmark built in 1860 and undergoing its first maintenance cycle since conversion the work included masonry repairs and cleaning, roof repairs, guttering replacement, window repairs and full redecoration.

A methodical system of working from site set up, scaffold erection, repair surveys through to completion was utilised.

A dedicated site management and team meant any issues that arose were dealt with swiftly.

The project was completed over 4 weeks ahead of schedule.

Strict management of sub-contract packages by our on site management team ensured a high quality of finish.

Regular surveys and cost analysis reports constantly updated the financial standing on the contract.
