Formerly a leather factory, Tannery House is a short walk to the City of London, vibrant Spitalfields and Columbia Road Flower Market located within the Shoreditch area of vibrant East London.

Following on from our award winning delivery of the external refurbishment and redecoration of Tannery House, T.Gunning Ltd were invited to continue on site with the complete internal communal area refurbishment and redecoration.

Working closely with the residents, colour schemes were invited from ICI Dulux, carpet and lighting suppliers to attractively enhance the internal areas to bring out the heritage and feel of the building once used as a leather factory.

On completion T.Gunning Ltd then progressed onto the roof terrace area, completely remodelling the terrace to provide a stunning area to enjoy the wonderful panoramic views over London’s landscape.

Key input from brief to completion gave our company a complete understanding of the clients requirements, primarily to reflect the building’s heritage within a designed modern environment.

Working to a very detailed programme enabled the building continual use whilst the works took place.

Daily liaison with the residents, identifying key areas of working on a day by day basis.
