The full external refurbishment of this site at St Katherines Dock, south east London. The works included the use of differing types of access equipment including cherry pickers, scaffold, scissor access and ladder work. The works included full external redecoration, carpentry, brickwork, mastic and cleaning of all masonry.

Saving thousands of pounds for the client by utilising cherry pickers and mobile elevated platforms to access the works rather than full scaffolding.

By not using scaffolding, more of the communal areas were kept clear without the security issues faced when scaffolding.

Very short timescales were overcome by careful, exact programming of resources to ensure programme dates were met. This included working over evenings & weekends.

Weekly cost analysis reports to constantly update the financial standing on the contract.
